Nick Durkin is the Global Field CTO at Harness, leading global field and post-sales engineering. A former lead architect for U.S. government anti-fraud systems, he holds multiple patents and has helped major financial institutions—including JPMC, Citi, and Wells Fargo—transform software delivery and developer experience at scale.
Craig Risi is Head of Engineering at Old Mutual, with over 20 years’ experience across software development, testing, and leadership. A passionate advocate for quality engineering and test automation, Craig is also a published author, international speaker, and game designer, blending technical depth with creative insight.
