Jyoti Bansal is a serial entrepreneur and technology visionary who believes passionately in software’s ability to change the world for the better. He co-founded Harness in 2017 to automate and simplify all software delivery processes, and serves as CEO. In 2018, he co-founded Traceable, the leading API security platform, and venture capital firm Unusual Ventures. Unusual Ventures is reinventing the VC engagement model by providing entrepreneurs with an unprecedented level of services. Unusual closed its third fund in 2022 and currently has over $1B under management. In 2008, Jyoti founded application intelligence company AppDynamics, which he led to a $3.7B acquisition by Cisco in 2017. 

The recipient of multiple leadership awards, Jyoti has been named Forbes’ “Best Cloud Computing CEO to Work for,” San Francisco Business Times’ “Best CEO,” Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year™ for Northern California,” and more.

Jyoti received his B.S. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Prior to founding AppDynamics, he worked at several Silicon Valley startups as a software engineer and architect. Jyoti is the lead inventor on over 20 U.S. patents.

Gleb Brichko brings over 20 years of B2B marketing experience across software, security, and infrastructure. Most recently, Gleb built and led the global growth and demand marketing team at Rubrik, where he was responsible for leading, planning and executing the company's go-to-market strategy, brand presence, demand generation campaigns and programs, digital and web, partner marketing, field marketing, customer advocacy, strategic events, content, and operations. His prior roles include marketing leadership positions at Nutanix, Fortinet, ForeScout, and Blue Coat Systems. Gleb holds a bachelor's degree in mass communications from UC Berkeley.

Sam Costello is Chief Revenue Officer at Harness, where he leads global revenue strategy, sales, and go-to-market efforts for the AI Software Delivery Platform. Since joining Harness in 2019 at Series A, he has progressed through a series of senior sales leadership roles, helping scale the company through rapid growth.

Before Harness, Sam held sales leadership positions at Perfecto, where he helped scale revenue ahead of the company's sale to private equity, and at Oracle, where he led transformational projects inside Fortune 500 customers.

He is known for recruiting top sales talent, building high-performing teams, running disciplined sales processes at enterprise scale, and keeping customer outcomes at the center of every deal.

Sam holds a finance degree from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business. He resides in Redding, California with his wife, son, and daughter.

Carlos Delatorre is the President, Go To Market at Harness, overseeing the sales and go-to-market (GTM) functions. With a proven track record of enterprise sales leadership, he has consistently built high-performance teams that deliver strong results. Prior to Harness, Carlos was head of Sales at several companies, including Navan and MongoDB.

Currently, Carlos is a board member at Yalo and an investor/advisor to companies including Modern Treasury, Vartana, Exafunction, Starburst, and Outreach. He earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Miami and Troy State University, and holds an MBA from Troy State University.

Bill Koefoed has served as Chief Financial Officer of Harness since April 2026. Prior to joining Harness, Mr. Koefoed served as Chief Financial Officer of OneStream, Inc., an enterprise finance management software company, from November 2019 through December 2025 where he helped lead the IPO in July 2024. Prior to OneStream, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Blue Nile, Inc., an e-commerce retailer of diamonds and fine jewelry, the Chief Financial Officer of BCG Digital Ventures, part of Boston Consulting Group, and as the Chief Financial Officer of Puppet, Inc., an IT automation software development company. Mr. Koefoed also served in a variety of finance roles at Microsoft Corporation beginning in 2005, including as Chief Financial Officer of its Skype division, General Manager of Investor Relations and General Manager of IT Finance. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Koefoed held leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard Company, PwC, and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Koefoed serves on the board of directors of Bank OZK and Entrata. Mr. Koefoed received his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.

Luan Lam is the Chief People Officer, responsible for all Harness People/Workplace Strategies & Operations.

In his most recent position at AppDynamics, he led the Talent Acquisition & Operations function where he was instrumental in scaling the company from 150 to almost 2,000 employees globally. He is also a talent advisor to Unusual Ventures.

Previously, Luan has served as an advisor for companies like PlanGrid, Headhuntr.io, and 8×8 Inc. He also served as a Guest Lecturer at University of California, Berkeley for the “Organization and Management” course with the International Diploma Programs. Luan holds a degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. He has written articles on the “War for Talent”; and has been featured in several publications including Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, and San Francisco Business Times, specifically on the art and science behind recruiting.

Sanjay Nagaraj is SVP of Engineering at Harness, where he leads the global engineering organization and also serves as General Manager of the company’s Application Security business, overseeing product management and strategy. Previously, he was the co-founder and CTO of Traceable, and before that, VP of Engineering at AppDynamics/Cisco, where he led high-impact teams responsible for driving over $500M in revenue. With more than 20 years of experience building enterprise software, Sanjay holds multiple U.S. patents and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Mysore.

Arpit Patel is Chief Customer Officer at Harness, where he leads all post-sales functions focused on driving customer outcomes and long-term value. He was previously Chief Customer Officer at Traceable, where he helped scale customer operations and strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, Arpit was VP of Platform and Operations Engineering at AppDynamics, one of its first 10 employees, and instrumental in scaling the business to a $3.7B acquisition. Prior to joining Traceable, he was a co-founder of a startup Bicycle.ai . Arpit lives in the Bay Area with his family

Rishi Singh is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist dedicated to simplifying the software delivery lifecycle. As the founding CTO of Harness, he led the company through its first five years of hyper-growth, vision—building the founding engineering team, launching the several product suites, and personally partnering with the company’s first cohort of enterprise customers.

Before co-founding Harness, Rishi spent several years at Apple, where he led high-impact DevOps initiatives to streamline software deployment across organization units. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi with a B.S. in Computer Science, Rishi is now a prolific founder and advisor, mentoring the next generation of high-growth technology startups.

Hanna is Harness' General Counsel and oversees the global legal function. Prior to joining Harness, Hanna served as Medallia's Chief Legal Officer, where she led the company's Legal, Policy, and Compliance functions. At Medallia, she secured several significant wins in litigation matters, oversaw the acquisition and legal integration of multiple companies, helped Medallia go public in 2019, and guided the company's take-private transaction.

Prior to Medallia, Hanna practiced with international law firms in Vienna, San Francisco, and Berlin in the areas of antitrust and competition law, privacy, and international corporate matters. She also worked for the World Intellectual Property Organization, a specialized agency of the United Nations, as a direct appointee by the German government. Hanna holds law degrees from the Vienna School of Law, Stockholm University, and Berkeley School of Law.
