Previously, Nick served as Lead Architect for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s FIVICS initiative and developed patented anti-fraud technologies used by the U.S. government and major financial institutions. With over 14 years in AI, ML, and enterprise architecture, Nick bridges executive strategy with hands-on technical execution to drive scalable, secure outcomes.

With 25 years in the technology industry, Hardeep brings a wealth of experience in driving transformative change. For the past 15 years, he has held senior leadership roles at Barclays Bank in London, most recently as Group Head of DevSecOps. In this role, he led key initiatives across the bank, including DevOps transformation, security in the SDLC, cloud security posture management, vulnerability management, and secrets management, shaping the future of a secure, scalable software delivery platform. A proven leader, Hardeep is passionate about bridging the gap between technology and security to drive innovation.
