This Statement of Work (this “SOW”) is entered into and governed by the Master Subscription Agreement, Subscription Terms, or other similar written agreement (the “Agreement”), along with the General Service Terms located a harness.io/legal(the “General Terms”) by and between Customer (“Customer”), and Harness Inc. (“Harness”) (Customer and Harness each a “Party”, and collectively, the “Parties”). This SOW and the General Terms constitute the complete agreement regarding services provided under this SOW. Except where the contrary is expressly provided, the terms and conditions of the General Terms shall prevail over any conflicting terms or conditions in this SOW.
Any defined terms not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the General Terms.
1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
The purpose of this Monthly Adoption Advisory SOW is to provide Services designed to assist Customer in adopting the applicable Harness software module, based on best practice, reference architecture and appropriate use cases as defined in the Module Appendix. Each project begins with an initiation phase that will produce the Implementation Design Document and Project Plan and validate the contents with the Customer.
Kickoff
- A kickoff meeting will be held with Customer to:
- Review the program
- Discuss the Customer’s current pain points and goals
- Determine the focus for initial session (s)
- Discuss scheduling of the services
Monthly Advisory Services
- Monthly Advisory Services include up to four (4) hours of Professional Services.
- The services may consist of any combination of collaborative working sessions or asynchronous work
- Scope specifics for the relevant package purchased as referenced in the customer order form is detailed in the Module Appendix,
Deliverables
- None
Monthly Hours Scheduling and Consumption
- Customer and Harness will establish a mutually agreed upon monthly cadence and schedule for the advisory hours. For ad-hoc requests, hours must be scheduled ten (10) days in advance, unless mutually agreed to.
- Upon mutual agreement, Customer may bring forward unused hours and the end date of the services will be moved forward accordingly.
- Monthly hours not utilized by the last Business Day of the month will be considered delivered and do not roll over
