Bala Venkatrao

Bala Venkatrao is the SVP & GM of Platform at Harness, where he leads the teams responsible for the shared platform services that power all Harness products. Before joining Harness, Bala spent over five years at Atlassian as a General Manager, leading key initiatives across Partners, Ecosystem, Marketplace, and Commerce. Earlier in his career, he co-founded an AIOps startup, where he served as Chief Product Officer. Bala brings a founder�s mindset, deep enterprise SaaS experience, and a passion for building products and platforms that scale and deliver lasting customer value.
