Hemanth Mantri is an engineering leader at Harness, leading geo-distributed teams behind the Harness Code Repository and Fast CI initiatives. Previously, he spent over eight years at Nutanix as a senior engineering manager and tech lead on the Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV) VM control plane, shipping VM lifecycle features, APIs/CLIs, synchronous replication, and cross-cluster live migration. He holds an MS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and dual degrees in Computer Science and Economics from BITS Pilani, with a focus on scalable systems for developer productivity. In addition to product leadership, he writes on performance optimization and system design.
