Joe Doyle is Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Harness, where he leads recruiting strategy and operations across R&D, go-to-market, marketing, G&A, and executive hiring. A specialist in scaling teams for high-growth technology companies, he has held talent acquisition leadership roles at Harness and previously recruited for engineering and product organizations at Apple and Cisco/AppDynamics. Joe began his career in finance and earned a B.A. in Finance/Business from California State University, Fresno.
