Pete Hodgson

Pete Hodgson is an independent software delivery consultant and writer at Harness who helps startup and scale-up engineering teams improve how they build and ship software, recently with a focus on pragmatic AI-assisted engineering. He’s written about delivery and architecture for Harness, published on MartinFowler.com and DevOps.com, and co-authored an O’Reilly book on feature flags. Hodgson has also worked as a consultant at Thoughtworks, supporting teams adopting agile engineering practices. He serves on the OpenFeature governance committee (a CNCF incubating project) and is CTO of PartnerSlate.
