I am an energetic and highly organized engineer with a broad skill set and diverse experience. I learn quickly and adapt seamlessly to change, new environments, and evolving processes. Extremely hardworking, I consistently go the extra mile to complete tasks and projects while helping others stay productive. I excel at prioritizing work to maximize efficiency for myself and my team, and I adapt fluidly by switching between tasks and changing directions as needed. My strong fundamentals enable me to work confidently with low-level systems and complex architectures. I have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing, Compilers, Computer Architecture and Database Management Systems. I have hands-on experience with big data systems including Trino, Iceberg, Spark, Pinot, Kafka, Starrocs, and Postgres at massive scale. Working closely with platform teams, I have debugged and resolved various system-level issues and performance bottlenecks. In addition to systems engineering, I have specialized knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, having completed Andrew Ng's specialization. I am also keen on competitive programming, constantly honing my problem-solving skills by tackling challenging algorithmic problems. I am passionate about tinkering, taking apart, and hacking things to understand their inner workings and repurpose or improve them. My problem-solving skills and curiosity drive me to deliver innovative solutions and enhance system performance.
