Sahil Hindwani

Sahil Hindwani is a Staff Software Engineer-II at Harness, specializing in backend systems, scalable infrastructure, and data-driven engineering solutions. With over seven years of experience in the software industry, he has progressed steadily within Harness from Software Engineer to senior technical leadership roles, contributing to complex platform development and reliability engineering initiatives. Prior to Harness, he worked as a Member Technical at D. E. Shaw India and completed internships at Morgan Stanley, where he built data validation systems for financial workflows, demonstrating early expertise in distributed systems and data processing.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (2014–2018), and has been recognized with a Merit Incentive Award for his professional contributions.
