Alex Valentine is the Senior Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Harness, where he leads global technical pre-sales teams helping enterprises adopt modern DevOps and continuous delivery platforms. With nearly two decades of experience in enterprise software, he specializes in value-driven solution selling for developer and cloud engineering organizations. Before joining Harness in 2018, Valentine held senior sales engineering roles at AppDynamics and BMC Software and worked earlier in infrastructure and development positions, including UNIX systems administration and Java development. He studied Business at Pennsylvania State University and holds certifications, including FinOps Certified Practitioner and Harness Certified Continuous Delivery Developer.
