A cybersecurity leader with deep expertise in network security, information security, and regulatory compliance, he has spent more than a decade helping organizations strengthen security posture and scale secure infrastructure. Prior to Harness, Spangler led Information Security and Compliance at Datadog and served as a Senior Security Consultant at NCC Group and Rapid7, advising companies on vulnerability management and penetration testing. He has also authored technical publications on topics including Metasploit, HIPAA-compliant log management, and security monitoring.
