Heidi Newiger

I am a positive, creative, proactive, and goal-oriented leader with a demonstrated history of working in the high tech industry. I’m passionate about bringing people together to build processes and programs from the ground up and creating environments where people feel welcome and able to show up and do their best work. I have had the privilege to build awesome programs and teams, develop and refine people processes, collaborate on company-wide strategic initiatives, and manage/coach wonderful individuals in their career journeys. I believe in the power of collaboration, cultivating connections, and value cross functional relationships and communication. I produce my best work, and am most fulfilled in situations where curiosity, collaboration, and creativity converge.
