Rishi Singh is a technology entrepreneur and software engineer known for cofounding Harness. This software delivery platform simplifies continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and cloud cost management for development teams. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Singh has played a central role in building scalable DevOps platforms and developer tooling. He co-founded Harness in 2015 and served as Chief Technology Officer until 2021, helping assemble the initial engineering team and leading the development and scaling of multiple products designed to improve the reliability and efficiency of modern software delivery pipelines.
In addition to his role on the Harness board, Singh is the Founder and CEO of BaseRock.ai, a platform that improves software quality and helps development teams ship features with fewer bugs and greater confidence. Earlier in his career, he worked at Apple Inc. as a Platform Architect, where he helped design and lead the company’s internal DevOps platform initiative, supporting thousands of concurrent deployments for Apple’s internal application teams. Singh holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, one of India’s leading engineering institutions.
