Since the Digital Transformation - our lives are completely online - and in order to deliver smooth, uninterrupted services and apps while constantly improving user experience and quality of their offerings - companies MUST adopt Continuous Delivery/Testing solutions. My domain expertise in this realm goes back over a decade - I know the ins and outs of DevOps and I have the technical ability to design differentiated products and solutions for the Enterprise. I hold 7 Patents in Software Engineering, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery (2 approved, 5 pending.) I have the unique ability to manage both the “highly technical” and the “creative business” sides of my responsibilities. On the one hand, I am deep in the trenches of Product - from ideation to implementation to GTM and everything in between, making the crucial decisions for allocating resources with scrutinous attention to even the most minute detail. I have an in-depth understanding of the customers’ needs and I am great at communicating with them - making sure the product is rolling out per their vision. On the other hand, I’m a leader and innovator. I’ve managed multinational teams and know the right way to choose and motivate my people. I thrive in team settings - I know how to give direction as well as I do to take them. I’m just as comfortable working with the C-Suite as I am mentoring interns. I’m a proactive problem solver - I don’t wait for fires to break out - I find unique ways to help prevent them and instead of fixing things, I believe in taking the risks necessary for major growth. In my current role, I was responsible for driving over $40M in annual revenue and with my initiative to carve out a new SaaS product - I ended up driving an additional $4M over our projections in the first month of release.
